If you have a construction related dispute, you have found the right place.  I was admitted to the Utah State Bar in October of 1996 after receiving my MBA and JD degrees from Brigham Young University.  Since then, I have practiced law in the private sector.  I am also active in the Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar and served as the Chair of that Section in 2011.
From time to time I am invited to speak on construction law topics.  In October of 2009, I presented on the economic loss doctrine at the Fall Construction Law Forum.   In July of 2013, I also presented at the Utah State Bar Summer Convention on defective construction claims and defenses.
I am dedicated to having a thorough knowledge of construction law and am devoted to serving the construction industry.  As an attorney, I pledge to seek for the truth, give sound legal advice and advocate with the utmost integrity.
I am also a court-approved mediator and welcome opportunities to assist other attorneys and their clients in resolving complex construction disputes.
